UK Standard Delivery 

We aim to deliver all mainland UK standard delivery orders within 3 to 4 days. 

Processing time varies. If the item is in stock it is usually shipped within 3 business days

 If the item is made to order processing time can take up to 3 months. 

We do everything we can to ship all orders on time Each item has a processing and shipping date included in the description

 We aim to meet these timescales but during busy periods (including sale) deliveries may take a little longer. 

All deliveries will be made between 07:00 and 17:00 Monday-Friday (excluding Public/Bank Holidays). 

 We make some deliveries ourselves, but we also use the services of courier companies 

Shipping on a pallet means curbside delivery It is necessary to check the order upon receipt 

Any damage must be reported immediately Later claims may not be accepted.

No refunds or exchanges can be given on items made to your specification, made to measure items, unless there is a manufacturing defect, or the goods are not as ordered. 

Refunds /exchange can take up to 28 days to process.
